None of them is compiled, scored or awarded by this site: we carry the published lists and print their caliber and their year. No hospital can pay or be promoted into a position on this page.
Only hospitals in this site's public directory appear here: 137 of the 731 hospital records we hold, the ones we have a published external record about. A hospital outside that layer is not named on this page at all - the listing stays inside the set the rest of the site can also show.
